1. Our company is an export-oriented enterprise. In the past, we always took earning foreign exchange as the main goal, and we are at the top of the global automotives industry chain. Our products, such as engine high-pressure nozzles and gearbox solenoid valves, are supplied to major first-class car factories all over the world. We will also actively lay out the domestic market and increase domestic sales.
2. Our company is gradually realizing import substitution in many hydraulic fields. Guangzhou Xinhao Base of IPE Group has become the most important manufacturing base of high-end hydraulic cartridge valves in China, and has established cooperative relations with Huawei and conducted many cooperative research and development on military products with Zhejiang University.
3. Our research institute has become a new engine for the development of IPE Group, and has close school-enterprise cooperation with well-known domestic universities, which is overcoming and filling many domestic technical gaps.

In the automotive field, International Precision has steadily established a long-term, stable and in-depth cooperative relationship with industry leaders such as Borgwarner, Continental Group, Delphi and Continental. In Continental's annual evaluation of more than 8,800 global suppliers, International Precision won the title of "Excellent Supplier" for many times with its excellent processing technology and manufacturing technology, with only 30 global suppliers and only one in China. Take Borgwarner as an example. As the largest solenoid valve manufacturer in the world, Borgwarner is an American multinational auto parts manufacturer operating more than 60 factories. As the most important control component in automotives engine, solenoid valve has a very complicated structure and belongs to the cutting-edge product of automotives. Our company provides most ultra-high precision machining components in Borgwarner solenoid valves, which fills the gap in this product in China and has become its "excellent supplier" for many times. In the hydraulic field, our company has accumulated the world's top hydraulic manufacturers such as Eaton, Parker, Bosch, Danfoss, etc., and our company has assembled various hydraulic system components such as hydraulic valves, motors, pump cylinders, filters, etc. Our company actively deployed strategic transformation, and successfully became the supplier of domestic leading hydraulic enterprises, such as Hengli Hydraulic, Longgong Holdings and Zoomlion. 1. Guangzhou Xinhao Precision Technology Co., Ltd (a high-tech enterprise) sells its automotive products overseas, and has established long-term good cooperation with the world's top 500 customers by virtue of its world-class ultra-high precision products and stable quality control.
2.Guangzhou Huitong Precision Hydraulic Co., Ltd. and its subordinate research institute supply products to Bosch, Danfoss, Hengli, Zoomlion and other top hydraulic manufacturers in the world, and has become the most important high-end threaded cartridge valves imported to replace the manufacturing base.
3.Guangzhou Keyi Precision Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. owns fully independent intellectual property rights for harmonic reducers, integrated servo joints, industrial robotic arms, and robot controllers. Jiangsu Kemai Hydraulic Control System Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with a registered capital of 45 million Yuan. It is located in Yangzhou Guangling Industrial Park. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacture and sales of load-sensitive proportional multi-way valves, and one of the earliest enterprises in China to develop load-sensitive proportional multi-way valves.
Shanghai Yuethai
Founded in 2006, Yuethai Hydraulic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is located in Shanghai. Its main products include pilot oil source valve groups, custom valve group integration, and agricultural machinery control valve groups, which are widely used in agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, and more. After nearly two decades of development, Yuethai has become a core enterprise in China’s compact hydraulic system solutions industry. In 2024, it was approved as a "Specialized and Sophisticated SME in Shanghai Municipality".
Wuhu Inno
Founded in 2018, Wuhu Inno Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Wuhu, Anhui Province. As a recognized high-tech enterprise, it specializes in hydraulic valves, plate valve blocks, and integrated valve groups. These products are used in industrial and engineering machinery, with key clients in the construction machinery sector. Long-term partnerships have been established with renowned domestic and international companies, including XCMG, SANY, Zoomlion, Shandong Lingong, and Shanghai Lonking.
Dongguan base
IPE Group Limited, established in 1996, is located in Huangsiwei Management Zone, Shijie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, with an area of 35,000 square meters, a production area of 25,000 square meters and about 300 employees. It mainly produces ultra-high precision parts of computer hard disk drive parts and auto parts, has over 300 CNC lathes, a large number of centerless grinders and cleaning and measuring equipment, and has obtained SGS quality system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts to meet customer requirements.

Established in 1994, Hong Kong Keda Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. is located at Room 5-6, 23rd Floor, Enterprise Plaza Phase III, No.39 Hongzhao Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Its business is mainly import and export trade, selling products and purchasing needed materials for the group.
Thailand base
Established in 1997, located in Ayutthaya, Thailand; 11,000 square meters of self-owned land; currently employs over 200 people; manufactures and sells hydraulic, automotive, and electronic components.

Industry-University-Research cooperation project of Reconfigurable Flexible Assembly Platform was carried out with Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, and the design scheme of the project was discussed in depth.

In partnership with the State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power & Mechatronic Systems of Zhejiang University, we jointly applied for the Zengcheng Innovation Leading Team Project, cooperated in high-performance proportional servo valves and inverse proportional pressure reducing valves and other projects, and drafted national standards.

With the team of Professor Kong Xiangdong from Yanshan University, a well-known hydraulic school in China, several projects were carried out, including the characteristic analysis of two new proportional electromagnets, the noise detection of screw-in cartridge valves, the electromagnetic failure simulation, the design and research of port relief valve, and the optimization and upgrading of electromagnets.

We established in-depth cooperation with Lanzhou University of Technology, and completed the proofing work of two kinds of cut-off valves. In addition, the project of regenerative cut-off valve of bucket arm is in progress.

The subsidiaries, Guangzhou Huitong and Dongguan Keda, were recognized as National High-Tech Enterprises. Guangzhou Xinhao, another subsidiary, received certification as a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
